Whether it’s a multiyear government multi-tenant facility or a single closet in a small tenant improvement project, no effort is too large, too small or too complicated.
Types of Facilities
We offer technical consulting for these types of facilities:
SCIFs/SAPFs
For facilities where SCI or SAP is discussed, stored, or processed, our consultants can ensure compliance with the requirements of the ICD 705 Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities V1.5 (IC Tech Spec).
Open Storage Areas
Our consultants provide guidance to make sure open storage areas (formerly NISPOM Closed Areas) comply with the construction requirements outlined in 32 CFR Part 117 and Part 2001. For open storage areas 1,500 square feet or less, Adamo utilizes a standardized approach, offered at a flat-rate $3,500* consulting fee.

Consultant Services
Our consultants can engage with you as a coach, provide drafts, and provide redline reviews of drafts and documents.
Many of our standard services include:
- Risk and vulnerability assessments
- Conceptual design
- Budgetary estimating
- Third-party design review
- Security documentation development, such as Construction Security Plan, Fixed Facility Checklists, TEMPEST Addendum and Security Operating Procedures
- Onsite construction security features of work quality control
- Site Security Management, including access control, managing adherence to security standards, field observations, security briefings, and attending construction meetings
- Coordinate and catalog all security documentation for accreditation at the conclusion of the project
- Acoustic testing
- RF testing
